CLT Dollar Tree Gate Repair

Quick fix for Charlotte’s Dollar Tree — Their dumpster gates were wrecked in a crash, leaving the posts bent and crooked. A complete replacement wasn’t in the budget, so instead I reinforced the damaged post and built new straight, square mounts that brought everything back into alignment. With the new gates installed, the area is secure again, and illegal dumping is no longer an issue.

SMALL ENGINE REPAIR

SRT Exhaust Repair & 3.5” Tip

This Chrysler 300 SRT had previous exhaust work done and developed a severe exhaust leak in several places. I ground down the old welds and patched up all the holes that were leaking. Customer too this opportunity to get new 3.5” exhaust tips welded on. The customer’s little brother even jumped in on the action and served as my fire watch during the job — making it a fun, hands-on project for everyone involved.

PRESSURE WASHER PUMP REPAIR

Pressure Washer Pump Repair
This pressure washer came in dead — the outlet fitting had seized, snapped off, and left the pump useless. I set it up on the Bridgeport mill and carefully interpolated the broken fitting out, saving the threads instead of scrapping the pump. Customer walked away with a working unit and no need for an expensive replacement

HOOD & HEADLIGHT REFRESH

This Ford came in with a hood that was completely sun-baked and peeling clear coat, plus cloudy headlights that killed the look of the front end. I stripped and repaired the hood, laid down fresh paint, and re-cleared it for a smooth finish. The headlights were sanded, polished, and sealed with new clear coat — bringing them back to life and making the whole front end look sharp again.

DRONE IMAGING- FORT MILL / VA

When a family in Virginia started building their new home in Fort Mill, they needed more than just the occasional update from the builder — they needed someone local to be their eyes on the ground. That’s where I came in.

On a bi-weekly schedule, I flew the site with my drone and delivered high-resolution photos and video walk-throughs from slab pour all the way to the final finishes. Every update was timestamped, crystal clear, and let them track progress in real time without having to make a 6-hour drive.

The value? They caught issues early, stayed confident through the build, and ended up with a complete visual record of the process — all for a fraction of what constant travel would have cost. Peace of mind delivered straight to their inbox.
